Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the timeline, completion, and accuracy of custom etched orders
  
• Operate and troubleshoot etching machines as needs arise.
  
• Work alongside a team of etching associates; open to coaching and feedback
  
• Serve as a liaison between the Corporate Sales team Customer Service, and Operations as directed by supervisor
  
• Manage timely completion of simultaneous projects, communicating changes and updates to appropriate parties in real-time
  
• Work closely with the B2B sales team to provide an amazing customer experience
  
• Properly allocate time and resources to maximize operations efficiency
  
• Maintain high standards of accuracy in daily operations
  
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and security within the warehouse
  
• Plan and report on future capacity requirements
  

Qualifications:

• 1 year of warehouse experience
  
• Stand up forklift experience preferred
  
• Bilingual preferred
  
• Strong planning, decision making and problem-solving skills
  
• People management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others, train, delegate work and explain ideas
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in computer functions;  email MS Office, chat software
  
• Ability to lift up to 65lbs throughout the shift, walk, stand, bend, and stoop
  
• Able to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse
