Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Designer at Solo Stove, you will play a vital role in shaping our visual identity, branding, and creative design. This position is available for remote or hybrid work opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designing digital experiences across social media, website, email, and television.
• Oversee digital design projects, from conception to delivery.
• Creating compelling visual assets for online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative design ideas to life.
• Mentoring and leading design initiatives, as necessary.
• Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• FIGMA experience, required
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with email campaigns, digital advertising, social media, and landing page creation.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
• Attention to visual details
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
• Solutions-oriented mindset

Team and Collaboration: You will work closely with our Creative Director and collaborate with various departments to bring your design concepts to life. Your input and creativity will be integral to our cross-functional projects.
