The Corporate Recruiter will report to the Solo Brands/Stove HR Business Partner and will serve as an internal business partner to hiring managers and department heads throughout the Company to source candidates for vacant roles. The Recruiter will recruit for departments including but not limited to, Product, Sales, Finance/Accounting, Marketing. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a “can-do” attitude who has the ability to support several managers at once while remaining organized, thorough and professional.

Essential Job Functions 

• Work with hiring managers to identify and fill vacant positions across the Company
• Ensure all open positions have up-to-date job descriptions and are posted both internally and externally
• Build relationships with both active and passive candidates in the market, build partnerships with recruiters and temp agencies  
• Host hiring events, attend job fairs, continuously growing a pipeline of candidates for current and future sourcing needs  
• Correspond with candidates via recruiting portal, email, Zoom, text message, and phone call 
• Screen resumes to determine which candidates meet minimum requirements 
• Conduct interviews to determine culture fit for the organization and department
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and decision makers
• Oversee pre-hire requirements such as background checks, drug screen, and reference checks
• Provide feedback and maintain documentation on time spent with candidates
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or similar
• Bilingual is a plus
• Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information, technical procedures and governmental laws and regulations
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and candidates
• Ability to solve new or existing problems and deal with a variety of situations
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or verbal form
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software; strong organizational and time management skills; must be able to maintain confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exercise a high degree of professionalism with all levels of candidates.
• Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize completion of projects and work closely with department heads to ensure tasks are being completed on time
• Strong understanding of state and federal employment laws
• Have a strong work ethic, positive attitude and ability to maintain deadlines
